We are seeking a masters degree graduate with an emphasis on industrial engineering, aviation and or mathematics/physics to join our team at Diamond Family. In this role, you will undergo a structured training program aimed at developing skills and knowledge required for leadership roles within the aviation industry. The successful candidate will gain exposure to different departments and functions, with a particular focus on aircraft manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Rotational Assignments: Work closely with experienced aviation professionals to observe and learn best practices in various areas such as Operations, Productions, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales & Marketing in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of aviation operations.
- Project Analysis: Undertake projects to address specific inefficiencies, bottlenecks and propose opportunities for process improvement.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute key projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, or introducing new technologies.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to document findings, progress, and recommendations during training assignments.
- Customer Interaction: Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Networking: Build professional relationships with colleague, mentors, and industry professionals to broaden network and gain insights into industry trends and best practices
Skills
- Masters or bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, and/or Mathematics, Physics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management (TQM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The position offers a statutory minimum salary of EUR 3.207,73 gross/month (HTL level) with the possibility of overpayment depending on your education, qualifications and previous experience.
