We, at Austro Engine, a subsidiary of Diamond Aircraft, are seeking a dedicated team member to support us in the management and testing of new features for our CRM Tool, Salesforce. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth integration and functionality of these features. You will work in the CRM Project Team and with various global departments. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product creation is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee CRM projects.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project risks and issues.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to oversee the creation and implementation of new features.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Test the stability and functionality of the application.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering or 3 years work experience in Software development.
- Solid understanding of data management practices and tools.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Talent Open Studio is a plus
- Ability to solve high-level software and application issues.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Structured and independent working style.
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3329.62 gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your education, qualifications and previous experience.
