Responsibilities
- Project Management of existing and newly signed aircraft and simulator projects; administration and documentation of the projects, responsible to track cash income, cost control, etc.
- Project responsibility from signed contract to delivery of the good
- Maintaining data in Sales Force (CRM)
- Support of Sales Managers by preparation of project related data and reports
- Preparation of quotations including supporting documentation
- Project related communication with various departments within Diamond Aircraft Group
- Coordination and support with aircraft/flight simulator handovers
- Point of contact to customers for project related topics (payments, registration signs, documents)
- Reporting to Head of Civil Aircraft Sales (project status, etc.)
Skills
- Educational Background in Sales (Business School, FH, University)
- Ability to work independently and readiness to take responsibility
- Target-orientieted and structured way of working
- Technical Background (background in General Aviation preferred)
- Excellent English and German skills mandatory, any additional language is an advantage
- Good skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general affinity for IT
- High level of communication skills
- Knowledge of inter-cultural skills and behavior
- Teamplayer

The minimum collective salary for this position is € 3.329,62 gross; there is a readiness for overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
