Responsibilities
- EASA Form 4 postholder position
- Ensuring the conformity and release of all internally produced parts for aircraft production
- Management of the incoming goods inspection department for all externally procured articles and materials
- Communicating with and supporting the QA departments at our international sites
- Management of test equipment monitoring
- Creation and maintenance of inspection plans and all QA procedures in the production area
- Organisation and approval of product audits
- Recording and analysing quality indicators and controlling quality processes using these indicators
Skills
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of quality assurance, aircraft manufacturing or aircraft maintenance
- HTL, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is an advantage
- Six Sigma training/experience an advantage
- Several years of experience in quality assurance/aircraft development, manufacturing or maintenance
- Experience in the processing of fibre composite materials
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Personnel management of 20 employees in the department
- Strong customer orientation
- Good IT skills / confident handling of MS Office
- Very good English and German knowledge in written and spoken
- Willingness to travel

We offer you a collectively agreed minimum salary of € 4.673,74 gross with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications/previous experience.
