Responsibilities
- Cold sales acquisition
- Overseeing activities and performance within the responsible territory and coordination of lead generation
- Development and execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Full responsibility for sales cycle (including price negotiations, quotations, proposals, etc.)
- Agents and distributor support including training
- Technical sales presentations (e.g. aircraft, mission equipment, ground stations and services)
- Accompaniment of aircraft delivery and handover
- Project- related budget tracking and reviewing
- Participation at air shows, conferences and product demonstrations
- Interface to engineering, production and project management during entire cycle
Skills
- Technical education e.g. University of Applied Science (FH), technical college (HTL)
- Minimum 2-4 years of direct customer- related experience
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Expertise in customer relationship management
- High command of German and English (written and spoken), Spanish or French advantageous
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Microsoft Navision and Sales Force skills are an asset
- Aviation experience and technical know-how are considered a plus
- Teamplayer dedicated to working interdisciplinarily
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 10-12 weeks p.a.)

The minimum collective salary for this position is 3.269,58 gross; there is a readiness for overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
