In general, the DA62 MPP ought to be part of an overall development program to enhance Paraguay’s communications network. Considering the flexible architecture of the MPPs, the aircraft will also serve to scan the electrical grid lines and possible future sites to extend the system. This not only will permit to improve maintenance, it will also help protect against possible damages, be those intentional or for meteorological reasons. The airborne configuration has been evaluated to meet these high-level requirements by the PAF.
“We are very impressed by the possibilities a combination of all those sensors provides to our customers. It offers a vast range of applications and prepares for any mission scenario in all weather conditions,” says David Datzreiter, Sales Manager Special Mission Aircraft.
“Our clients are excited with the DA62 MPP. Its remarkable performance regarding endurance and mission equipment capabilities with low maintenance and operating costs make the DA62 MPP the perfect tool for these region´s markets when it comes to Special Mission's needs. More so, the DA62 MPP is a very productive aircraft for the aero photography, LiDAR, FIS and related services in our area without the need of the expensive and complicated aircraft that have been used for such tasks up to date. We see a great future for our company presenting the DA62 MPP in the LATAM market,” says Marcelo Poloni, President, DMP Group S.A., Paraguay.
Capitán PAM Hernán Dioverti, Chief Test Pilot of the Fuerza Aérea Paraguaya, Paraguays Air Force, said that he is “very impressed by the aircraft DART-550, an excellent trainer that combines great aerodynamics with the latest in avionics technology and a powerful engine with very low cost of operation and maintenance. An ideal airplane for the different phases of aerobatic training”.
