Utility Air Pty Ltd (Utility Air) proudly announces the signing of two additional Lycoming IO-360 powered DA40 XLT for Flight Training Adelaide at Avalon Airshow.
CEO of FTA, Pine Pienaar was upbeat about the expansion of the fleet: “These DA40’s will provide the additional capability to serve our expanding training base.” Mr. Pienaar continued, “It is always a pleasure to deal with the team at Utility Air and we look forward to welcoming the new aircraft into service shortly.”
Further, the 11th DA62 order from Utility Air into the Australian region was signed and cements the DA62 as Australia’s favorite high performance piston twin.
“We’re overwhelmed by the level of interest in the DA62 and its single engine counterpart, the DA50 RG,” said John Oppenheim, Director of Utility Air. “The level of sales we’ve achieved in the past 12 months is a credit not only to the superb aircraft, but also to the best-in-class service and support we can provide our customers.”
And a brand-new DA40 XLT has been delivered to Enzo Flying School directly at the show.
Kelvin Yu, Managing Director of Enzo Flight School: “The DA40 XLT enables us to offer the safest of flight training solutions with the least possible risk. The aircraft offers simplicity for the basic phases of training but with the performance and avionics fit-out to penetrate deeply into any airline pilot training course. Its track record demonstrates the high level of satisfaction and enjoyment it provides the students who chose to train on the DA40 XLT.”
Trevor Mustard, Head of Sales of Diamond Aircraft Canada: “It’s always a pleasure to personally meet new and existing members of our Diamond Aircraft Family and to work with our partner Utility Air. We wish our buyers great success and good times with their new aircraft.”
